It is centrally located only minutes from Lake Rescue, Hawk Resort Stables, Plymouth State Park, the Coolidge Homestead, and many other destinations. On Rt. 100 North it offers easy access to all Ludlow shopping and restaurants. Horseback riding, golfing, fly-fishing, hiking, fall foliage, mountain biking, antiquing, and much more is all minutes away. Or, just sit in the quiet back yard and enjoy the babbling brook as you sip your wine and breath in the fresh Vermont air.
House sits on a 4 acre lot with beautiful woodlands for snow-shoeing and cross country skiing. It has a beautiful stream on the property.
Master bedroom with queen size bed, two bedrooms with bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom). Two fold out futon coach/beds (full size). House sleeps 6 to 12 people. Kitchen, living room/dining room, TV room, bathroom, and basement.
